I redeemed a code for Halo 5 on the wrong account

I got a code for new armor customization for Halo 5 Guardians, and in my excitement I logged into xbox.com with my new email rather than my old one. The new one I made when I first bought my Xbox One, and when I found out I could, I began using my old account
which I've used from my Xbox360 days.

Is there any way that I can have the code for the Teshin Raikou deleted from my old account and moved to my main one? I can prove that I own both accounts. The account I'm posting on now is my main account, the one I described as from the 360 days.

Accidentally redeemed a code for Halo: Master Chief Collection when I already owned it on Xbox.com

I accidentally redeemed a code for Halo: Master Chief Collection on my account when I already own it on Xbox.com. I intended to redeem it on my brother's account but I had 2 windows open and redeemed it on the wrong account. Is there anything you can do
to help me?

Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

none of the halo 4 content, as far as i know, works. i guess its all limited to the original code redeemer. halo reach wasnt working on the other accounts, but now it is. i must have done something wrong at first. thank you for your replies

Thank you for contacting us. If this code game together with your Halo 5 Collector Ed, then go ahead and redeem the code under your account. Before redeeming the code the system will state to you what this specific code gives to you exactly. You can then
agree and redeem the item or cancel and back out and leave the code unredeemed as you wish.

I dont believe there is a way to get this back, unless you buy another, or you can make a ticket and ask xbox at, xbox.support.com
