    I redeemed a code for a xbox starter pack fortnite, will I get my items on my pc


    So I redeemed a xbox code about the starter pack in fortnite. When i activated the game, it didn't show ,me the items from the starter pack. In microsoft store it says that i have the pack, but the pack is not on my fortnite account. I need an advice, can i get the items on my pc?

    nope, if purchased via Microsoft store then you need to load up on an Xbox console with an Xbox account that is linked to an epic account then it will sync, you cannot just purchase on the Microsoft store via pc and have it auto transfer to the epic account.

    so you loaded the game on an xbox console, as that is the only way it will sync to the epic account.

    Yes, but I connected my Epic Games account to the Xbox account. Still can't get. Thanks for help btw
