    I redeemed a code but the game won't show up anywhere


    Hello.

    So I pre-ordered FIFA 17, got the code, redeemed it ON the XBOX One.

    Problem is, no game started to download, no FIFA 17 is in my "ready to install" list either, and I can't even see it here online.

    What do I do ?

    Entered code on Xbox.com, won't queue for download on console

    I redeemed my code but now it won't show up anywhere and it hasn't queued to download, how do I resolve this?

    Halo Warthog not showing on Forza horizon 3

    Hi. I received a code to get the halo warthog for Foza horizon 3 on the 8th of sept and redeemed it straight away so it would be ready for the game coming out, but it won't show up anywhere not even the ready to install section. Is this being resolved or
    can i get a new code because I can't redeem the same code twice.

    Same problem here. I. pre-ordered FIFA 17, got the code, redeemed it ON the XBOX One mobile app (smartglass). I did this when I was at work so I didn't have to type in the code when I got home. The xbox app is connected to the same account as my home Xbox
    so there should not be any problems as I have done this before. It just doesn't work this time.

    Hey there.

    Have you tried to check the store? Go to the version you own and let us know what you can see (buy, install or whatever it is there). Try to do it from several devices if you can´t find it, like from the main xbox, xbox web or smartglass app.

    Still waiting for Alan Wake + add-ons promo codes, after redeeming code for Quantum Break

    I posted from the same account in which I redeemed the code. Redeemed codes don't seem to show up on account.microsoft.com. Certainly purchases from non-Microsoft retailers won't show up there.

    I bought the code after the game was released. The code was sold advertising that Alan Wake came with the game, and that Alan Wake codes would be sent later. The description made no mention of pre-order.
