I redeemed a code but it won't transfer the amount that it says it has

I recieved a kessage from Xbox live stating that I won a $5 gift card to spend in the super saver sale. But whe i went in there and tried to reedeem the code it went through but said i didnt own the game yet. So I put the code in again but it said
that the code had already been redeemed. Please help me.

Ok so I have tried several times to claim the male one but it still says code has been redeemed.... when I look in loot there is no code for female but there is a code for male..... this is still saying code redeemed when it transfer to the redeem code screen.

I have checked my download queue and it does not appear in there either.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and codes were made to expire after a certain amount of time after that. Even with support, if it won't redeem, there's no way to make it redeem.

Can you find the redeemed code in your purchase history? I recommend looking at all your accounts. If the code has been redeemed in the wrong account, there is no way to transfer it to another account.

If redeemed to the correct account, it is up to Epic Games to credit the amount to the account.
