sounds like there is an issue with connectivity. Can you confirm when you run a network check everything is okay?

Explain that to the people that are trying to play FIFA 13, Madden 2013, Battlefield 3 with an account that has an age of 13 but less than 18. They get the same error, it only goes away when you make an account with an age of 18+.

I say this because my cousin has an account that's was setup at age 15 and attempted to play Battlefield 3 online, purchased it for his birthday and was unable to play online with the same exact error. He had to create a new account with an age of 18 and it
started to work, he lost his gold membership but that was the only game he wanted to play.

I think Im having the same situation (kind of). Yesterday i brought Fifa 13 and I wanted to play online with my friends so I redeemed the online pass but then I realized that i can only play if i got the Xbox live Gold membership. So today I brought the
Gold membership but when I wanted to activate it, it keeps asking me my billing information. The thing is, I live in Switzerland but in the account registerd as UK. Since we dont have the option to change the country/region, I made a new account but im afraid
to activate my Gold membership because I dont know if i can use my fifa 13 online pass on my new account. Help me please!! Im actually a PS3 user so Im new to Xbox
