    i recieved an unfair suspension.


    a user was annoying me with invites after i told them i couldnt play because someone else was playing on my xbox. it showed me as online and they kept sending me invites and wouldnt leave me alone. i sent a message for them to leave me alone in a rather tame-hostile tone, then i get suspended. after my suspension they continued to harass me and say lots of mean things to me, i sent a report and they havent been punished. this is really not fair because i did nothing wrong. i am not allowed to appeal to this or get help with it. how can i get justice?

    Why not just block this person? That way the invites would of stopped.

    As for them getting a suspension,if the enforcement team suspended them you wouldn't know about it.On very rare occasions you might get a generic thankyou message if someone is suspended due to a report you've filed but it will not give you any details.

    It could also be that your report hasn't been investigated yet so just because this person hasn't been suspended yet doesn't mean they wont be.

    In future it's best to just report & block anyone harassing you online & don't respond.

    Some people will try & "bait" you into responding in a way that violates the rules just so they can report you & you end up with a suspension,as you did.

    dont worry about getting a review cause the same thing happend to me and if you have any priors they will just deny the review so from now on you should just report everyone that upsets you thats what im going to do hope this helps
    Actually that's what you are supposed to do

    If you are getting into a fight with cursing ignore block and mute and report

    If you retailiate iin a way that violations the terms of use it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone involved in the violation will be punished

    you guys actually think because you are immune because you didn't start it

    It doesn't matter who started it a violation is a violation

    The privacy and communication tools are there for a reasonreason

    Use them correctly and you will be like the other 99.9% of live

    It isn't rocket science use common sense

    the fsecond one would be from An older or multiple violation

    So if you sent msgs with cursing to different people

    Each report actually counts as a different violation

    And too many of those will only end badly for you
