I recieved a second suspension for when i was unable to do anything wrong?

I have recently received a communication suspension, and I was fine with that. Yesterday, I had received an harassment suspension, when the communication suspension is still active. I really don't know what I did for that, I only play with two- three different
people, that's all. To my knowledge, I have been unable to do anything wrong due to the communication suspension.

Don't know why I was banned

Topic. Recieved a communication suspension 3 days ago, I said whatever and just kept playing as normal. 2 days after that I get a permanant ban for "harassment and threats"! How am I supposed to threaten someone when I cant even talk to anyone. Is there
anything I can do about this or is my account lost forever? The gamertag in question is Karmatiq

 

Suspension glitch?

I recently recieved 2 deserving suspensions lasting from June 12,14 to the 26th of June. It's well past that date and I'm able to access Xbox live however I still am unable to communicate with other players. I was told by an Xbox support representative to
submit another case for a repeal however it doesn't give me the option sincefor me it shows the suspension Is over. However she told me it was still active. I have no idea what to do so since it shows that my suspension is over

 

Its an additional suspension on top of your present suspension. Investigating a report takes time that is why the punishment is delayed.

Learn from it mate and do it no more.

 

But I don't know how I harassed anyone? As I said, I literally play with a few different people on one game. I dont play/talk with any random people.
