    THIS CENSORSHIP IS DISGUSTING

    Make sure all the content currently on the console has been paid for. An exploit currently being used by people does not require modification of the console. Also console modifications are not the only reason for banning a console. Have you ever experienced
    the helicopter on Uno? They ban consoles for many things.

    You also shouldn't discuss modifications on the forums. Console modifications breaks the ToU and is mentioned in the Code of Conduct as a no no. Modifications tend to lead to a total console ban but as Smutches states, that is all dependant on the Enforcement
    team and they do not use the forums.

    Addition to Smwutches post: Modification of an avatar requires using illegal modifications on the console, which is why it has been banned. Unfortunately, the account account would be banned indefinitely (or, 12/31/9999 more specifically) and requires your
    son to create a completely new account if he wants to continue using Xbox Live. All games and content is forfeit though.

    Any modification of the software, and that includes saves, in the 360 risks an account ban.

    Everybody is entitled to his own opinion but everybody on xbox live did accept the terms of use.

    Part of the Terms of use is the Code of Conduct and at the Cheating & Tampering section it states 'Do not use unauthorized hardware or modifications.'

    The rules apply to all modifications, and if modifications or tampering is noticed this can result in a permanent ban.

    I'm just trying to inform the people who read this so that they know the possible consequences.
