The game has been locking up on you too? I had this happen to me twice just recently and I thought it was my xbox begining to fail.

Ian, I'm afraid it presents a confusion as to how converting a Game Pass to Xbox works. if you had purchased a basic Game Pass pass and then decided to convert it to Game Pass Ultimate, and that previous Game Pass no longer exists in your account, the amount charged is not returned since the time of that basic Game Pass is added to the new Game Pass Ultimate subscription. That basic Game Pass will not be charged again but you cannot request a refund either because upgrading it to Game Pass Ultimate ceases to exist.

I agree with Vibroplex on this issue. I say this because my son had the same issue on the white xbox. At first I thought it was his wireless adaptor. But then found out the HDD on the xbox was corrupted and within time failed. He now has a new HDD on it
and it works fine

I have found that if I log out of my xbox live account and sign back in when this occurs it usually works. I have also recently had a problem where Halo MCC froze up completely when attempting to join a party. Nothing seemed to fix it (powering off and
on, signing and out, etc.). I ended up unplugging the power for a minute and that solved the issue.

that goodness i came on here and found out about the sign out/sign in trick. can i just start it up before i sign in? i hate to sing in, sign out, then start the game. my xbox boots up signed off. then i sign in. so can i just turn my 360 on, load up the
game and then sign in?
