i recently refunded a game, but i can’t repurchase it?

What happens when you try to repurchase the game? Are you getting any errors?

I suggest trying to purchase the game on a different device and web browser, if possible.

Have you tried purchasing it on a different device or web browser? You can shop online at https://www.xbox.com

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting Xbox Support since we don't have access to accounts on this public forum. It seems that there could be a conflict with licensing on your account. You may contact them here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

so when i go back to the store and go to the game, it doesn’t give me the option to buy it again, only to install it or buy as gift, and when i install it it just tells me that the person who bought it needs to sign in, so i need to find a way to buy it again

I can’t repurchase the two items because they are not in the fortnite shop. So is their a way to get the to skins back and take back the refund.

I was on the phone with customer service for a while and was told that it has to be done online in writing, and that it could take a few days to process.

The person on the phone indicated that partial refunds aren’t possible and that, if refund is granted, I’ll get a 100% refund then I can repurchase the games at the sale price. It’s a bit of a pain, really as it shouldn’t be hard to get partial refunds. If it works though, I guess I can’t complain.

The two DLCs are on sale for 11 more days so there’s lot of time for the refund process to run its course. I’m a little concerned that I won’t have time to repurchase Ashen though…even if I get the refund…as it’s only on sale for 4 more days.
