I recently purchased BO3, and it won’t download. What do I do?

I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response.

I understand you're having issue with a disc game installation. Does it stop at a specific percentage? Please try to do this:

1. Eject the disc from your console.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

4. Select Clear local saved games.

5. Select Yes to confirm.

Once your console restarts, try installing the game again. If the issue will persist, please try to set your console offline then do the installation. Please make sure to follow all the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Select Go offline.

3. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all. Select Manage > Queue. Highlight the game you’re trying to install and press the Menu button on the controller. Select Cancel.

4. Eject the game disc.

5. Press and hold the Xbox button to open the Power Centre. Select Restart console.

16. After the console restarts, insert the disc. Install the game.

It didn’t work. What do I do now. I completely reset the Xbox and there were no previous apps. It still won’t download from the store. I’m so mad.

First, we need to make sure that the Xbox game pass is active. Please follow the steps below and make sure that it is showing as "active".

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once confirmed, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
