    It's been 15 days, and I purchased an Xbox One S and was told I would receive the points within 15 days as part of the promotion. Please assist!

    I purchased from a Microsoft Retail Store, they said I would qualify for the rewards point through there as well.

    As it states in the FAQ for all of our console purchase offers, your purchase must be made from MicrosoftStore.com. Purchases from a physical store are not valid for this offer. It sounds like you and the store rep may have not been on the
    same page, and the representative may not have understood your question correctly.
