Do you get any information or error message when trying to install the app? As my app refused to install but once I cancelled after updating it somehow had installed it anyway after leaving for a few hours. It just hadn't told me it was installed. I would
suggest trying to do this and check recently installed section in your menu bar just to confirm.

Hey hi, I've been having the same problem in any games since I've installed the 22H2 preview and updated everything up.

Specifically, this problem happens especially when I'm trying to install games on my secondary D drive.

I've tried with Arigami 2, Avengers and Grounded. All of those won't boot, and for each startup I get an error in the logs same as yours.

But I've found an half-workaround:

I tried to install the games in the C drive and noticed that Grounded was misteriously working.

I then tried to uninstall it and download it back again to the D drive. Moving it would incur in an error.

Eventually it started just fine.

I tried with Arigami 2 and it worked as well by installing it first on the C drive, then uninstalling, then reinstalling to the D drive.

No luck with Avengers, that Gaming Services UI crashes on both drives.

Additional Info: I've already started Avengers and Grounded once prior to yesterday, but not Arigami 2. So, I would assume that first-time-splash-screen of "permission to give your info?" is not related to the failed startups.

Having an issue with the update as well. And where I have not had the red rings issue I have been having a hard time updating recent updates. Where I have had to try it several times during the day to finally get it to work. However this new update I
have been trying for 3 days to install. Has not worked. Tried the flash drive way twice didn't work. Burn the CD it applys to about 3/4 of the way then says System Update Failed. Status code 4174-417F-B900-2508-C000-0185. Can you help? Live in Florida

I have recently had this problem. If you have poor Internet connection or service it may cause the installation to stop.

Try maybe contacting your Internet provider, if you have tried all the steps mentioned in the previous comments, and are still having issues.

I had to have a new line ran due to poor Internet service, with my internet provider, and now i have no issues with installation stopping.
