I recently got my accounts stolen and cant get microsoft help

well call microsoft and tell them what u just told me and who ever looked at this and tell them that it is bull that u cant play ur xbox cuz of some stupid server dosent know how to protected accounts from getting stolen i have the same problem i have
a $150 charge on my credit card from my account getting stolen so now i cant get on xbox live it is some bull

I cant afford to get microsoft points my mom recently got fired is there any other way to get the microsoft points

You should have filed a report with your local police after the console was stolen. Only the police can go to Microsoft to ask for assistance in tracking down a stolen console.

I contacted microsoft support and it has really been a great help. Have to wait a few days before the conclusion, but they said that the info I provided might have been enough to recover the account. I will also advise you to do the same and contact the support, if you have enough information about your stolen account so you can confirm your claim of it, it might be enough for them to take down the hacked account and transfer any data to your new one, according to them

I have the same issue, got a text on my phone with a link that I stupidly clicked and the next thing I know my Microsoft account is hacked. The hackers are Russian and it's happening to a lot of people atm.

The link you provided is useless, if you read the actual issue, the email is changed, everything is changed and we cannot access the account!

I no longer have access to my Microsoft, Xbox live or anything else connected to it. A

All games I have on Xbox are inaccessible. They even tried taking over my steam and origin accounts.

This needs to be taken seriously and dealt with ASAP, these hackers are gaining access by going through backdoors in the system.
