I recently got banned because someone who i was playing lost and reported me

Well how do we contact enforcement then? Because i think it is ridiculous to ban someone from communication for 1 day if it is the first report.

I got mad yesterday as well, because someone was playing so incredibly disgusting that i had to send him a message. He reported me for that and the report was fair.

But it was my first ever report and i got immediately banned from communication.

At least they could've given me a warning..

Yes they might ban you but if they actually watched all the gameplay and looked at everything then they would realise that the people who play in game battles get banned more often due to shot kids who report because they lost, if I could get my games back
then I wouldn't be moaning but Microsoft ban people without knowledge watch my recent games and then say that I am banned get your facts right,

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.
