I recently got a suspension on Xbox one where I can’t talk to anyone on parties and can’t message anyone does anyone know how to fix this

i just got off my communication suspension today at 2:01am of april 5th i cannot send messages or hear anyone can anyone explain to me what is the problem

Xbox account banned for no reason?!

I was playing having a good time with my friends on an alternative account because I had recently been suspended we all know that when you are suspended you cannot message or talk in a party with people. So I got a message from Xbox live saying notice of
enforcement action and I thought that was kind of funny because I can't message people or chat with them so how can I get banned for abuse, threats or harassment if I can't even communicate with anyone. I think my account suspension should be lifted.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

If you have a communication suspension it's because you violated the ToU/CoC.

There's nothing to fix although you may want to read through the code of conduct so you know what is & isn't allowed on xbox live.

So, my account recently (like 40 minutes ago) got coms suspended and the reason was for inappropriate communication. It was enforced at like 2:05 pm today and I had not sent messages or even been in a party. I hadn't communicated with anyone online today,
my last message being sent out last night to the squad I play with. The suspension is only for a day but since its the weekend its pretty inconvenient. I was wondering if anyone could at least explain how I got suspended and why.

I forgot to say that I cannot find where to type in the gamertag to whom I want to send a message to? I can choose anyone on my friends list but I cannot find the place where to type in a gamertag.

Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team, there is no direct contact with them but I can definitely help you in checking if filing a case review is available for you.

1. Kindly sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com.

2. Select the orange box with the handshake icon.

3. Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.

Yeah I got a suspension which I was fine with. Like I said.and that was almost a month ago..My rep went down slightly but I got another suspension of communication last night and now my rep say avoid me. I don't think I even messaged anyone for the last
few days accept for asking for an invite. And everyone I talked to were friends or friendly. There was no reason for the 2nd suspension.
