    I recently bought the 3 month package for Xbox live GOLD but my Xbox says I'm still a 'free member'. I do not want to spend more money on something I already bought. Help?

    I recently bought Xbox live gold for a month and when we went to play a game it said we didn't buy it. But when I go to subscriptions it said I had Xbox live gold

    Sorry to hear it. First off, can you please log in to account.microsoft.com and click on services and subscriptions to see if the membership is there? If you see it then please try deleting your profile and then reinstalling it to see if that helps.

    Sorry to hear it. First off, can you please log in to account.microsoft.com and click on services and subscriptions to see if the membership is there? If you see it then please try deleting your profile and then reinstalling it to see if that helps.
