I received warthog code for forza, it redeems but does not appear in the game

So I decided to delete it to return it
and download, but for my surprise, since
I can not redownload the file disappeared from
my download history. Someone can help me?

still have not received my Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3 for the warthog, have played both games.

 

I rescued the Warthog code to FH3 put it disappeared

On 09/08/2016 I received via xbox live message from one code to the Warthog Forza Horizon 3, the same day redeemed the code and downloaded the add, however yesterday I had to uninstall the add-on and could not install again. The Complement "Warthog" does
not appear in "Ready to Install" on "Manage game" Forza Horizon 3.

I contacted support by chat explained what happened the clerk found that the addition not listed in my account and asked me to create a topic and here I am.

so by mistake I deleted the warthog code one my hard drive and now I cant reinstall it is there a way to get it back. and it not even under the things I download either. please some one help.

 

Ok I received the code for the Forza Horizon 3 Warthog. I know I downloaded it. I have a couple hours in the game now and still haven't received it in game, I have already checked my inbox and message centers for the notice but nothing. If anyone can help
I would appreciate it. Thanks
