    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    Just as the users before me have stated, it was a limited-time supply offer for a Holiday special. (From
    Nov. to Dec.)

    Although, it was a first come first served Promotional offer. Sadly if nothing was given from the promotion then, that means there is no more offers available.

    There's a red christmas tree that you click and its say you have unlocked a hidden gift, click on link to redeem.
    As blueamcat stated, it appears that it was a supply-limited offer, and perhaps you responded after the final offer had been claimed.
