I received the 10$ promotional email, how do I redeem it because the link isn't working?

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

Just as the users before me have stated, it was a limited-time supply offer for a Holiday special. (From
Nov. to Dec.)

Although, it was a first come first served Promotional offer. Sadly if nothing was given from the promotion then, that means there is no more offers available.

As blueamcat stated, it appears that it was a supply-limited offer, and perhaps you responded after the final offer had been claimed.

They've now been all claimed if you mean the one where you click the christmas trees from the Microsoft Store.
