    I received notifications for games installing on my xbox that I've never purchased...


    Today I was logging onto my Xbox One, and before I could do anything, my Xbox received something like ten notifications about games/add-ons installing on my Xbox, which is cool, but the problem is that I don't want to get banned or have my account deleted,
    I received the Rare Replay game and every Rare game ever made on backwards compatibility which filled all of my storage, I also received the Hawken starter pack, a Minecraft skin pack, Forza Horizon 3 warthog and a Halo Wars 2 Add-on called "Kinsano" But it
    won't let me delete the add-ons since I don't own Forza Horizon 3, Halo Wars 2 or Hawken. I would like some explanation or reasoning behind this.

    HELP! GOW Lost Codes

    Hello! We purchased Gears of War 4 and received a notification with codes to download a collection of Gears of War Xbox 360 games. We accidently deleted the notification before installing the games. Could you please send us the codes?

    How do I remove my old email address?

    Thanks again for your input and I can confirm that I have never had the partner marketing enabled. Strangely enough, the emails I'm receiving at gmail are not advertising but seem to be genuine notifications regarding my xbox account.

    For example, when I last purchased MS points I received a purchase confirmation at my hotmail account. When I registered for the xbox rewards program, the confirmation email was sent to my gmail account. Also, I've noticed that I'm getting a notification
    of a new post in this thread at my gmail account.

    Hey there,

    You have received those games as part of the MixPot, which you get by connecting your account to Mixer on your Xbox One, these games will automatically install to your Xbox.

    I got a Mixer notification while playing RDR2 and it said you now own The Division 2 beta, but I didn't receive a code for it and it's not in my ready to install. I've never received a Mixer notification before. Beta starts today so I'd say I'm out of

    Didn't receive access code for free game (deal ended March 31)

    Actually, I've searched my email -- spam, trash, and everything else -- for "microsoft". While I have all of the notifications of shipments and purchase of the bundle, nothing on the extras.

    There were three games that came with the bundle and I received access codes in the box. The game that I did not received was only listed on the purchasing page on the website.

    Nothing on Microsoft Digital Content.

    Did anyone else purchase an Xbox One in the last couple of months with the same deal? How did you receive notification or access code?
