I received my codes but they are not in my messages box !

I bought gow 4 and received the codes for the previous games a few days later on the screen of my Xbox one. However i did not redeemed them and cant find them anywhere today... i received the codes on the 14h of december, juste a week ago ! Here is my mail

Day one owner with achievement never received Limbo code message

I've never received my code either. I activated my console on launch weekend and both boxes are checked for messaging preferences. Are they still sending these things? I don't have a message anywhere nor an email.

My account is under 17, but I should still get the message right? Just not the email. I really want to play this game.

 

Free 1 Month Gold / ODST code for MCC

Quite a while ago i received a couple messages from Support offering me some codes for a free 1 month of gold due to the problems MCC faced during the launch of the product. I also believe that i may have received the ODST code as well. I was on tour for
my job and couldnt play my box so naturally i saved the messages thinking they would last in my inbox. I finally boot up my box and the messages are gone. I was wondering if there is a way to redeem these codes.

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:



Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War: Judgment



Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany. Make sure your account region is set up correctly.



These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.



Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.



The codes will be sent directly to the Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after
which they are automatically deleted.
