Can't redeem Quantum Break PC code

every time I try to go to the redeem site it throws an error: svc-authenticationtokeninvalid

No option to even enter the code. It's been doing this for months. Anyone know of a solution?

There should also be an error code you are receiving at the bottom right of your screen (either PC or computer). It will start with XBOX or SVC, and then have some numbers after. Let us know if you see that. That will help out a lot. Thanks!
