I received an Xbox preview program message from Xbox live many months ago, but I didn't accept it before the message expired from my message list. So I asked a friend to invite me to the program and I have yet to receive a message from that. From what I
understand if I can get into the private forums I can have my expired invite resent to me.

Been invited to Preview Program several times but no message or email

I have been invited to the Preview Program multiple times but have not received an email or Xbox Live message, I also can't access the Preview forums.

I was invited before for the Halo 5 beta but forgot to join the program and I received a message then that has since expired.

I'm in the same boat. Got the preview registration app, clicked join, but nothing and did this over a week ago.

There's apparently a backlog of applicants waiting and it's taking time for everything to be sorted out. Same thing happened to me with my message but we just need to be patient.

Vengeful Wyvern is correct. There is a high backlog of applications,due to the announcement of backwards compatibility at E3.

Not everyone is accepted into the preview program, as such if you never received a message with the acceptance and app there is a chance you were not selected for this. Now if you've been selected and you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with
the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.

If you receive "Group not found" on the link above please reply to this thread and a moderator review your account and give you appropriate forum permissions. Usually they get to these within a couple of days.

The preview program on the 360 is different to that on the xbox one.

Only Microsoft can invite you to the 360 preview program so if the message has expired I highly doubt you will get another one.

CAH TK433 - I am no expert on the preview program, but it took me 5 days to go from "pending" to "enrolled" in the preview app. Once your console gets the required update you can use all the functions though.

ToXiicK SkillZ - Not everyone who is invited to the preview program is guaranteed access. Once you receive the message from Xbox Live and have downloaded the App then you will be in the program once you have been processed. So to reiterate if you receive(d)
a message from Xbox Live telling you that you have been invited with a link to download the App then you will be accepted into the program once you have been registered.
