    Some issues with the account

    I received an email that states there is an issue with my account. [​IMG]

    i received an email for my xbox live account and there is an error that states that there is any issue with my account and to contact support. Please advise on what to do.

    Hello TIMELORDCT,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog

    UA going on over 4 months still no resolution

    I'm assuming I just have to wait for the actual email that will get my my account back.

    The email stating that my account was transferred from Brazil to United States. Is from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I compared it to the email I received back on July 8th stating my account was transferred from United States to Brazil when this whole thing started. Then
    I compared it to the email I received on June 20 confirming that I successfully activated Xbox Live 1600 Microsoft Points Prepaid Card. I notice it's from the same exact set of other email's I've gotten when it comes to confirmation of XboxLive Prepaid Live
    and Point cards. So it has to be legit. Hopefully I'll receive another email with details on getting my account actually back in my hands since it's still temporarily blocked at the moment.

    I did call again. nothing else I can do but just wait.

    I'll definitely be updating once I receive another email and actually have my account in my possession.
