    I received a suspension for a pic that has been up for 4 months already and previously...


    We believe that someone is targeting me after they were removed from a LFG. My friend posted a LFG for us to help others get their COD EEs done and a player was added to the group thinking we were asking for help. I clarified with my friend that he posted offering help rather than asking for it and he confirmed and removed the player from the party. 10 minutes later I received a suspension due to "gamerpic" the same pic that has been on my profile for 4 months after initial approval. And No, it did not contain any nudity, it did not break any of the posted code of conduct rules, it was just a pic of my face. After another hour, I was then suspended from party chat and a list of other things. This doesn't make sense and it borderline harassment now. I need to get ahold of someone with xbox to look into this and reverse the suspension as well as follow up with the harassment side of things.

    Not from your case review. The case review would only be to see if they made a mistake in issuing your suspension. You would need to report them in order for them to be investigated.

    And if they find I didn't break any code of conduct, will they look at the person who reported and take action for harassment?

    If you reported them then there's 100% chance. They investigate every report they receive.

    I did that but have no faith in hearing from them. If they're willing to suspend an account without actually investigating the report, what are the chances they'll actually take the time to look into this and address any harassment from the reporting party?
