    I received a message from xbox telling me I was banned for communications and I don't know why


    I woke up today to go on my Xbox and watch youtube but when I went to check my phone it showed I had a message from xbox telling me I was banned so I went to check why on the enforcement page and it showed that I was banned for communications till the 20th
    even though I don't send any offensive messages, I looked at my recent messages and the worst thing I said was a one word message saying dumb.

    Communications banned?

    don't worry I have the same problem I was suspended 4 times already without warning not telling me why I was Communication banned what the player reported me for to get my Communication Banned.

    I'm banned and I don't know why this happened, can someone please help me?

    I woke up today to go watch youtube on my Xbox only to see I have a message from xbox telling me I am banned, I went to the enforcement page to see I was banned for communications till the 20th and I checked my recent messages and the worst
    thing I said was a one word message saying dumb. I don't say anything offensive to randoms.

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

    Banned and have done nothing wrong

    I was banned for communication. I am not sure why, the microphone on my headset does not work. I received a message from someone who told me good game. I replied u 2. I don't what communication violates the policy. I tried to submit a case review and
    was able to find the link for the ban to be reviewed for what I violated.

    It can take some time before the reason you were banned pops up on the enforcement page. Keep checking, and it should show up soon. If you can appeal it, then an option should show, select it if you want to appeal the ban.

    You should be able to find out the reason for the suspension on the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site and if eligible you should be able to request a case review from here as well.
