I received a false ban on my account because i reported someone on xbox live.

I got banned because i was playing online and someone texted me saying inappropriate things like "****" perhaps and i reported that account then the next morning i wake up to having a week ban. I believe it was false because i didn't do or say anything wrong
through chat or text. My account name is and the email linked with my account is

Not eligible for Preview program due to a past ban

So recently i got a buddie of mine to invite me to the preview program and he did. I was invited but declined due to a past ban on my account! But i was false banned because someone reported me when they lost. I am a big xbox fan and supporter But i cant
be apart of the preview program because of a false ban?!

I applied for a lift but before they could reply the ban was over and is now on my profile forever! A false ban stuck with my name.

I have a 5 star rep linked with my account. I engage with the community and am active daily on Xbox.

I would love love love love to be a preiveiw member and would fit the roll! My Gamer tag Is .

Please consider adding me to the program as i believe i am a strong fit! Thanks In advance

wrongly suspended from xbox live communications.

I have received a ban from xbox live communications (party and messaging etc.) yet the only people i had been using these methods of communication with are my friends who all said they didn't report me. I cant find out how long the ban is for because the
enforcement page on xbox.com isn't very helpful, and i would like to be released from my suspension asap because i feel whoever reported me had no valid reason to do so.

I understand i may have broken the rules under communication before but whether or not i was reported should have been at the time. i see no reason why i should have been reported recently.

I feel this was a false report or a joke to someone and would like my communications back.

You can view your enforcement by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review from there if the ban is eligible.

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

Again, it doesn't really matter how many reports you receive, you will only be banned if the reports are valid.

False reports are against Xbox ToS, players who submit false reports risk their account being suspended.

If you send 1 or 2, probably not, but if you were to try spamming reports about someone or multiple people, then you can receive a ban for false reports.

can someone please make it so we can talk to someone if for instance we are false reported because I was and it resulted in a 1 week ban like there should at least be some sort of judgement system not just a computer that bans someone if they say " GG ".

my ban has expired now but I would pleased if someone told my why I cant talk to an actual person to resolve this judgment as its not fun.

please Ambassadors notice people are being false reported and that there should be some sort of free contact line to resolve the issues it causes as its not fun being suspended when Xbox is near enough all I do.
