    never yet got the code to work and i received it today as i got a new xbxo it came with battlefield 1

    my code wont work

    when i try to redeem my 14 day xbox live trial it redirects me to xbox.com and i put the code in and it says this

    3bf91c78-c296-4a68-8df1-1a8c98a6d355 and im really confused

    im not happy with my service

    I'm sorry to inform everyone I'm not very happy with the services I have received today , when redeeming a code which should grant my gamer tag 14 days free gold it froze and when I tried to re enter the code it simply said the code has already been used
    , however I haven't received the Xbox live gold 14 day trial , when trying to redeem it online there was website problems and after hours of waiting to receive a notification off your company I did not.

    what happens when you try to redeem the code via xbox.com/redeemcode ? Make sure you are signed in with the correct Xbox Live Account (Same Gamertag etc as on console)

    If that also fails, be sure to check account.microsoft.com if all information there is correct and up to date and also check account.microsoft.com/services to see if there are any issues there.

    If your trying to redeem the 14 day trial that came with your Xbox One for some reason it wont work on the console or xbox.com, I just called up 1800 4MY XBOX and they gave me 1 month redeemable code due to issue with the 14 day trial code

    Hello,

    14 day trial codes do not stack. If you used both then unfortunately one would have overwritten the other. There is no way to get those codes back.

    The 14 day trials do not put your account in a Gold status so certain functions like sending messages on Xbox.com will be limited as well as your ability to play certain matchmaking types in different games.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    i did the same but now my xbox live gold has ended and i put the 14 day gold trial card code in it accepted it but its saying i still am not gold and i dont know why i should have 14 day gold trial
