I received 9 strikes within 3 minutes giving me a year long ban, did I hit the record? Or...

So, to reiterate my original question, Is Microsoft a complete joke of a company now?

Are they only valuable in terms of computers?

Injustice.

I tried to appeal the ban, it may have not been the right move to try and appeal all of them at once. Because I got denied all of them.

But seriously.

How are you guys gonna change the strike system to be as flawed as this and then have very little to no way to contact a real person when denied appeal with no description or explanation?

I got banned for a year in a matter of three minutes and you are the closest thing to a real person I can talk to, and you couldn’t even help me if you wanted to.

I understand you are not the actual people at Microsoft.

As a fellow player, I think you should very well understand how enraged I feel getting trolled so hard that now Microsoft is the one pulling the trigger against me.

There isn’t anything?

My friend found an email to enforcement and it was a company email only and would block outside emails.

There is no number to call and even though it says they do a web chat with a virtual, web chat with a live person, and have on call assistance.

It clearly states Xbox customer support cannot help me.

I am stuck just moaning and groaning and leaving one stars anywhere applicable.

So if anybody reading this has any ideas on how to lift an immediate year long ban without going through the automated appeal system that denied me and cannot interact with anymore.

I will gladly take any actual suggestions on how to correct this injustice.

Like, give me something to throw my anger at, because giving you guys something to read does me nothing.

since this is a community forum 'we guys' do not work for MS. We are just players like you. We are not able to look into your account or what the reason for your ban was.

Even the phone support can't help you with enforcement actions.
