I received 7 strikes on my account for attempting to upload a photo as my profile picture.

As stated in the title I was attempting to upload a profile picture onto my account for the first time. While uploading the picture I attempted three time to upload the picture and the reason for this is because I did not know that the picture would need time to upload I thought it was an almost instant thing so in my ignorance I attempted to upload the picture multiple times. Within minutes at most of attempting to upload a profile picture I read through the xbox community guidelines and changed my profile picture. After a couple hours I noticed I received 4 strikes for this offense. I felt that it was unfair that I received 4 strikes for attempting to upload an image and then immediately changing the image to one that complied with xbox community guidelines. I followed through with the appeal process and I was able to only appeal 3 of the 4 strikes so I would only have 1 strike left if my appeal was successful. I would have been understanding of having a single strike so I was hopeful that my appeal would be approved since I felt as though the strikes were applied by an automated system and not by a person, I believed that any sensible person would understand that I was not deserving of 4 strikes for attempting to upload a profile picture and then immediately changing my profile picture. After sending an appeal request I checked the next day to see that i have 3 more strikes added on to total 7 for the same issue of my gamer picture. I am very confused as to why I am getting even more strikes added on when nothing more was done. I once again followed through with appealing the suspension. After sending my second appeal I noticed that my first appeal was denied and I was given no reason as to why my appeal was denied. As of right now I have zero faith that my case has been reviewed fairly or in an unbiased manner. I am currently facing a 60 day suspension and 7/8 strikes on my account for attempting to upload a profile picture recognizing it was not within xbox community guidelines and then immediately changing my profile picture to one that complies with xbox community guidelines. I would think you can check my activity and see that my profile picture was changed very quickly.

I would also like to add that the appeal process is a very unfair process for the person wishing to make their case for their appeal. I am only allowed one attempt for appealing and if denied that is final. But, I am given zero explanations to why my appeal was denied which devoid the person who is reviewing my case any responsibility to review my case fairly. After this I am left to believe that the person who reviewed my case did so unfairly and with bias. I am also left with no way to contact the department that reviews my case further distancing them from having to take any responsibility for their actions.
