    If you deleted your invite you can always head over to this Preview Invite Thread and request another one. However, the preview program is nearly, if not already, full so acceptance into the program at this stage is not likely. If you do receive
    an invite, keep in mind that an invite will not guarantee acceptance into the program.

    You will get the next preview update you can force it if your desperate to get by doing a factory reset but I wouldn't recommend it

    Support are nothing to do with the preview program so not sure why they told you that.

    All you can do is post in the forum via the link I provided & wait.

    the preview program. Upon acceptance you will receive an Xbox Live message and access to the Preview Program Support forums.
