I Really need help. Please.. gamertag and advanced replacment...

Okay first of all i did an advanced replacment but at the end they send they will send me a unit that comes with nothing.. but the xbox. no cordes no kennect nothing..

So im wondering why they have to hold 500$ on my account if they are selling me an xbox that not the complete package?

Second question is with the gamertag.. Im having trouble changing it. Why cant I change it from the website? I t seems like i have to do it rom the xbox one.. Everytime I enter this gamer tagg it will load and then just go right back to the the main change
your gamer tag menu.. i tried a diffrent gamer tag it tells me its taken.. What m tryin to do is go back to a gamertag name that i use to have before I CHANGED IT. So whats the problem.. let me mention the gamer tag includes the letters "WTF" in hat order..could
it be new rules??? Please help...

I suggest to not add the letters you wrote above in the new GT because can be offensive to some gamers and is againts the code and conduct . After the update to the Xbox forums something not work at the moment so i recomend you to do the GT change via console.

windowslivehelp.com has the option to use secret answer and secret question. you said you knew that info. maybe try that way and then once in , change the wlid .
