I really like titanfall but do you think......

I agree and understand that but I do think or feel getting a Titan is not much of an achievement like everyone can do it even someone who has not kill anything

 

If you want something really fun ask them for a 6-12 titan co-op vs big monster/alien attacker A.I. Survival would be best...but could do other modes I guess. That would add more fun to the game then anything for people that LOVE co-op survival modes.

 

Anything that people can earn in a game that gives them an advantage (chopper gunner) is just the game sticking it to the little guy. You're pummelling these kids- here, pummel them harder!

I miss Call of Duty 4's killstreaks. Everybody gets a UAV, Bombing run, and Hellicopter. None over powered, as the UAV was nearly always on, and the bombing run could be dodged, and the helicopter killed in two RPGs.

 

I totally understand what you are saying regards the titans but that's something I like. Everything is fair and balanced from what I have seen so far.

 

I too prefer the burn card system. I think it can be tuned though (I have earned about 30 of 1 card just because I use that gun a lot) but I definitely think respawn has put great balance into this game.

 

Is that why I've received so much of the same burn card? I noticed that it did that when I got like 6 of the same card in a row - it never did that in the Beta. Interesting...

Killstreaks may have been cool, but I NEVER liked the idea of the better players earning them to make the best even better. I always thought they should've gone to the losing players as kind of a help or back-up kind of thing in order to help close the skill
gap.

With the way TF is designed, I don't have to worry about that. Everything so far seems really balanced, easy-to-use, has a counter, usually has risk vs. reward attached to it in some way, & everyone has access to it over time, but those who are better can
get the benefits faster &/or make the most use out of it. That makes sense to me.

 

I would disagree. Part of the reason I didn't like M.W.3 was that it seemed to reward bad players. If your team can't stop the other from getting said kill streaks...

Of course I believe a high percentage of people getting the endgame kill streaks were just boosting; but FINDING said boosters was part of the fun...for me at least.

With C.O.D. it was easy to for me to get kills (If I wasn't goofing around.), but with Titanfall I haven't seemed to find my groove! Lol. I've only made it to level 8 or so, can't play again until maybe Sunday or Monday, but look forward to many hours on
this game win or lose.

Now on topic...Titanfall does NOT need kill streaks. If I wanted to play a carbon copy of C.O.D.,

wouldn't I just PLAY C.O.D.?

One of the things i noticed during the beta and now with the full game....Titanfall is well balance,no need to add or take off something.

 

Isn't the Titan itself the killstreak/score streak?

 

I like the game as it is so far, great fun and now my X1 is being used. No need for killstreak and these kind of things that will revert back titanfall to COD. Just make co op mode it will be awesome.

 

No kill streaks burn cards are good.

 

no kill streaks, in games like CoD, it just gives good players even more advantage against the less skilled players.

have been made that I'm not sure I like. For example, the repetitive burn card issue mentioned above - I liked it when it was more random - "you never know what you were going to get" as Forrest Gump would say. Furthermore in the beta, you could use anti-titan
weapons while on the back of an enemy Titan, which to me makes sense, since you're using it against the titan. In the full-game, they've made it so you can't - it's a rocket launcher being used in close range, so if you try it, you'll kill yourself. It admittedly
also makes sense, but I hate having fewer options in the middle of a fight or having to take the time to switch the weapon if I was already on the anti-titan weapon.
