    ok so earlier today, i was forced to download a new dashboard and now my screen is flashing ever half to twelve seconds. i really want this fixed. i tried a hard reset (holding the power button for 15 seconds and unplugging while console was on) and it didnt
    work. i tried a different hdmi cable and that didnt fix the problem either. i tried calling xbox to help me with this issue but they told me that because i was a preview member, that my only option was to look through this forum for a solution which im unable
    to find. ive been a huge xbox fan since the beginning but i am extremely disappointed with their latest console. and have this new issue that was cause by the update is truly troubling. i really want to get this fixed so that i can continue to complain about
    all of the other issues that this console has before this one occurred. and help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I REALLY need some help.

    Okay, so a long time ago on a other account I downloaded Saints Row 2 on another console but it got RRoD, so I bought a new Xbox. About 6 months later, I recover that account and I download Saints Row 2 again, so I go on my other account with my friends
    wanting me to play with them on Saints Row 2, and I try to launch the game, and it says, 'Saints Row 2 can not be launched.'



    Can somebody please help me?

    I really need some HELP!!

    You can try calling support. If you can answer their questions to verify you are the owner of the account then they can give you the email you used to sign into the account. After that you would have to reset the password. Otherwise, unless you can remember
    the login information, there is nothing else you can do.

    Hey there. For issues that you experience while in the preview program, you'll want to post here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx


    A possible solution for your issue though is holding down the Xbox logo for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

    Just wanted to make sure you left it unplugged for a while. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to clear everything. You will have to be given access to the preview forums by a member of official support after they verify your membership to the program.

    The next thing I would try, is with the console off, hold the Xbox and eject buttons until it turns on. This will boot it into low resolution mode that sometimes fixes display issues.
