i ran into a hacker

So i was playing bo3 and i ran into a modded lobby i was about to leave but my friend made me stay later the hacker said that he was going to be taking some peoples account one of which was mine at 1st i didn't believe him but a day later all my friends
were blocked my eso character deleted and he used my credit card to buy gardening supplies i also couldn't sign into my account for a while but i managed to change my password his name was[Mod Removed]

I ran into hacker/modder

Playing on Ghost on 360 and ran into a modder. I nwas plating HCS&R and guy was invisable and went 32-0. I was party leader of 6 and backed out. He followed and I called him a cheater and f'n leave my party. He threatened to kick me off of xbox live then
he did. After 10 mins I got back on and he was still in my friends loddy. He asked me "how I liked being kicked and do I want more?" I then told him whatever and backed out. I got kicked again and have been lagging bad fot 24hrs now. Called my provider and
changed my I.P. address and still have lag. Anyone know how to fix this???

As for the first part, the hacker/modder. You should
report him if you know his name, and this has to be done from their profile on Xbox Live.
To do this open the player's profile, select File Complaint, and choose the specific reason for the complaint. You may choose from the following:
Profile: The player's gamertag, personal picture, or personal information contains inappropriate material.
Text and Voice Communications: The player used vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening language in voice or text communications.
Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communications.
Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox LIVE, or the feedback system.

As for your internet lagging, does it give you a NAT Restriction or any issues when you Test your Internet Connection?

enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo as that's the only way to report someone.

Also,you can't call out gamertags on the forums.

 

To add to Badger's post, if your credit card was used by another party, you should contact your bank to rectify it with them.
