    I put in a 14 day code and it said my account was active on Tuesday June 21st 2017, but I'm showing that my account is not live and it will not let me reenter the code?

    I need help desperately

    so I was getting gold from my permanently banned account ok I was fine so the gold was coming to me from that account which I removed so on my update wasn’t updating so I reset Xbox with keeping games I put my account in said no gold active expired June
    2017 but it was a 3 month prepaid card but I get a 1 month gold every month subscription so but now I don’t know how to get new gold with no subscription because I put in 14 day trial and nothing happened please help I want to find this subscription cancel
    so I’m able to get prepaid cards again

    I'm sorry to see any issues with your trial code! Trial codes will not give users full access to Gold features, though, and will not show up as a subscription. If you aren't getting access to anything Gold related, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat to have them look into the code you redeemed. They are able to help with billing issues much better than we are.

    Why did my refund request get denied?

    Hello, so around the 21st of May 2024, I bought Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC, and on the 27th or the 28th, I issued a refund because I found my old account with the game already on that account and it said it would take about 3 to 4 business days for a response. On the 4th of June, I checked the status and it said that my request was denied, but the reasoning was that I apparently exceeded the allowable refund period for digital game purchases. To my knowledge, the time limit was 14 days, but the only reason it passed said time limit is because no one responded to my request, hence, it got denied. So I would like to get a real answer as to why it still got denied. Thank you!
    How long did you actually play the game because it has to be less than 14 days since purchase AND less than 2 hours of play time.

    I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
    then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?
