esa cantidad porque en ofertas xbox aparecio el far cry 4 en 130 pesos y la opcion de 10 pesos por un mes de gold, cuando trato de activar el mes de gold no me deja usar los 200 pesos que yo meti para comprar el mes de gold y poder adquirir el far cry 4 ya
que el far cry solo esta en oferta si uno cuenta con suscricion a gold

Can't buy avatar items with MS prepaid

I can't buy avatar items with my $25 prepaid Microsoft gift card.

I literally just bought a $25 prepaid Microsoft card so that I can buy items in the avatar store, but it will not let me.It only gives me the option to purchase through a credit card, which I don't want to do now after I just bought this prepaid card. What
a waste of my money!!!

Why? It doesn't make sense. There was never an easily visible warning anywhere on this site or on Xbox that says you can not purchase avatar items with prepaid MS cards.

If somebody from Xbox Live support team could help me out with this issue, that'd be great. I just want a couple things from the avatar store and I want the amount spent deducted from my prepaid MS dollars.

Please, please, please help me! I can't return this card and I already redeemed the code...

Hello, I have a prepaid a year for Xbox live but I can not use the card, it faudrais removed my blue card but it refuse me red "negative balance" how? thank you

I'm unsure if this is available to you or would work since you and your son are in different countries, but if it is, you may want to consider using prepaid Xbox cards rather than putting a credit card number on his account. The funds are applied specifically
to the users account with a code on the prepaid card, and the amount of money the user can spend is limited to the amount preloaded on their account (helpful for parents). You do not have to link a credit card number to the account to use prepaid cards.
Given your situation it may be inconvenient or unavailable, but may be worth looking into.

Any due amount on your account can only be payed by using a credit card or paypal. Xbox Live prepaid cards can NOT be used to pay the due amount.

@Revenge You would need a prepaid card (I'll be damned if I put my credit card on Xbox) to purchase msp without the point cards.

Even PSN cards come in set amounts so changing it to a dollar amount doesn't actually change a thing.
