i put a wrong e-mail when i did everything and now i cant exchange my "choose a game"

I have tried everything, fixed the security settings, safely deleted my profile, and now I can't get it back because it keeps telling me that my e-mail and password are wrong, even though I am putting them in correctly. Out of ideas, and very irritated.

Well, what I meant by the wrong account is that I inputed the wrong e-mail address, for e.g. instead of putting *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I put *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and I cannot correct that because it is asking the password of that wrong account (which does not exists at all),
so I'm completely shut!

I know my mail is correct however when i enter it, i get the error that they can not find a microsoft account with that mail, and i even have images that show that mail, so i know its the right now. I previously asked about this recover on microsoft forum since my mail was gone and that person on the page suggested that the hacker may have exchange my mail to another. So what do i do then since my original mail is correct but microsoft is saying it cant find it when i try and login or even when i go on the recovery forum and enter my mail. The xbox account is mine cuz both steam and twitch are linked and everything from games and such is still there.. So what do i do?

Hey! That happened with me some time ago! I did not found the solution, but i did a factory reset KEEPING MY GAMES AND APPS. As soon you choose to do a reset, it will ask you if you want a full reset or do you want to keep everything installed, i did that
and the only thing i had to worry about was remembering my e-mail

nope not yet, did get an e-mail saying the one is here and showing the bonus's you can get with certain games, but no e-mail with codes yet. that's okay for now, still trying to get everything else downloaded and store bought games installed before I start
playing anything.
