    I just purchased Xbox live gold but every time I go to play something online it comes up with the buy screen for it. I went to account settings and subscriptions and it says I own it so I'm not sure why it's not working. This is very frustrating and there's
    no good reason for it! I've barely had my Xbox for a month and I've already had many problems with it. Can someone please help me with this? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

    Excuse me but I've been having the exact same problem now and it's been over 24 hours since I purchased 1 month of xbox live gold and it still won't let me play online, and yet every person that I see has had the same problem, the only answer that xbox
    support can come up with is "remove your account and recover it again", even though I've already done that, reset my xbox, tested my internet and multiplayer connection, restarted my console, launched multiplayer games over and over again to no avail, and
    am STILL completely unable to access any multiplayer interactions THAT I PAID FOR.

    to help manage your account. You can also try power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the front of the console for ten seconds. If all else fails, you can contact our

    Hi there,

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
