Gp, I know how frustrating it is to spend money on in-game content like Shark Cards and not see the funds show up in GTA Online. Don’t worry — there are a couple of ways to check what’s going on and get this sorted out.

Step 1: Confirm the purchase went through

First, double-check your purchase history:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to buy the Shark Cards

Look for both transactions and confirm the order number and status (it should say “Completed”)

Step 2: Make sure you're signed into the right GTA account

Sometimes the game doesn’t apply the funds if you’re signed into a different Rockstar Social Club account than the one the purchase was tied to. In GTA Online:

Pause the game

Go to Settings > Linked Accounts

Make sure your Xbox account is linked to the correct Rockstar profile

Step 3: Wait a little — delivery can be delayed

Occasionally, it can take up to 24 hours for Shark Card funds to appear in-game, especially during busy times. If it’s been longer than that, proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Contact Rockstar for missing in-game currency

If the purchase shows as “Completed” but the cash still hasn’t appeared in-game, Rockstar Support handles this kind of issue, not Microsoft.
