I purchased two games in the Microsoft Xbox store and neither one have shown up on my Xbox...

Check to make sure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your Xbox. The games should be available for download on the account that was used to purchase them.

Try restarting the Xbox and then attempting to download the games again.

Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. If your internet connection is slow or unstable, it may cause issues with downloading content from the store.

If you are trying to download the games over a wireless connection, try switching to a wired connection to see if that resolves the issue.

If you are still unable to download the games, try clearing the Xbox's cache. To do this, go to the System Settings menu, select "System" and then "Storage." Select "Clear Local Cache" and then try downloading the games again.

If none of the above steps help, try the following:

Excluding profile:

It is easy to remove a Microsoft account from Xbox One console as it is not necessary to sign in to the account. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Select the account to be removed, then select Remove to confirm.

When finished, select Close.

Clearing the cache:

Turn off your xbox, remove the source/cable from the socket and leave it like that for 2 minutes, then you can turn it on.

adding the account:

You can add your Microsoft account to any Xbox One console. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select your gamerpic in the top left corner of the screen, scroll down and select Add New.

Enter the email address of the Microsoft account you want to add and select Enter.

Important Do not select Get a new account unless you want to. By selecting this option, you will create a new Microsoft account. If you've forgotten the email address associated with your Microsoft account, see Lost Account Solution.

Enter the password for the Microsoft account you want to add and select Enter.

Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Policy and select I Agree.

Follow the steps to configure Sign-in and Security Options to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

I bought the game through the Microsoft store on my laptop, which keep in mind has been through a factory reset. But I was to believe it would stay linked to the same account, of which neither the password nor the email has changed. I have two versions purchased
of the game, one on my xbox, which is labled "Minecraft" and one that used to be on this laptop, purchased through the Microsoft store, labled "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition."

I am in the Preview program and I purchased two games from the store on my xbox one, and I was able to download the games, but they do not show up as purchased for my account on xbox.com, and I had to chat with support just to get the orders even to show
up in my microsoft account purchase history. Even now the status of those two orders is "in progress". I'm hoping that it gets resolved once the new store gets released

My card was debited $21.35. The same amount that is shown on my Billing History statement through Xbox Live. I had $3.62 in my Microsoft Account, these two amounts make up the exact amount of the purchase.

I'm playing GTA 5 for XBox One.

The Whale Shark Card was purchased in the XBox Store (accessed via my console), not on the Xbox.com website. The funds used to pay were in my Microsoft Account. I do have an order number but I'd rather not share that much detail publicly. As of today, the purchase has still not shown up in my GTA account.
