You state it was a wrongful suspension. If the Enforcement Team informs you they made a mistake, then they will let you know.

A case review is the only way to dispute a suspension.

People can report you for anything, yes, but that doesn't guarantee a suspension. The enforcement team investigates each report they receive and they will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct.
