I purchased the ultimate edition

I purchased BFH ultimate edition and was under the impression that I would receive a hard copy of this game. I purchased March 19th and still have not received it. I have downloaded it and played it but would like the hard copy for the amount that I paid.
Any help would be great.

Preordered Gears of War 4, can't get bonus items

I preordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. I was supposed to get the digital collection but I don't have it and the console doesn't show that I purchased the Ultimate Edition. It just shows the regular game and the season pass. I got an email receipt
saying to purchased the Ultimate Edition.

 

Where's my codes for Gears of War 1,2,3, and Judgement?

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition. It was supposed to come with all the previous versions. It has now been several weeks and I still have not received the codes to download them. This is the ONLY reason I purchased the ultimate edition.

 

Umm, it sounds like you bought the digital copy. Where did you buy this Ultimate Edition? Via xbox store? If so why would you think you get a hard copy?

 

OMATIC15, when you purchase games on the Xbox Store it is for the digital version only. Some of the advantages of having the digital version of the game include the ability to play the game without a game disc inserted and being able to play the game on
any console as long as you are logged into your Xbox Live account. For more information on digital games I would recommend checking out the Xbox Support page here:

Wait, you think you're also getting a hard copy for buying the digital version?! You don't. You either get the digital version
or the hard copy version, not both. There's no Ultimate Edition in hard copy; there's only the standard version or the Deluxe Edition.

 

I clicked the link to purchase a disc for xbox one, bought the ultimate edition for 120 and never received a disc. If i *** up its not a big deal i just thought i would get a disc and the premium stuff would be a download the way it always is..

 

Like Ocean H mentioned, the Battelfield Hardline Ulitmate Edition is only available digitally, there is no physical version. Check out this link for a breakdown of the various editions of the game:

For anyone that is unsure about what exactly the Xbox Store offers, please note that ALL purchases made on the Xbox Store are digital only. This includes full retail releases like Battlefield Hardline that are fully priced at $59.99. To date, there has not
been any Xbox 360 or Xbox One release that I am aware of where both the physical and digital versions of the game were contained within the same purchase. And as an additional clarification, the Xbox Store shouldn't be confused with the Microsoft Store, which
is both an online and brick/mortar retail outlet that actually does sells physical versions of many of these same games offered digitally on the Xbox Store.
