the sea said to wait 14 days and a redemption code would be sent to my Xbox live account to redeem the rights to own the movie and it's been over 14 days and I have yet to receive this code.

hi i purchased the resident evil deluxe edition and i never recieved the movie i talked to xbox costumer service and they told me to post here that they comfirmed my purchase and im eligible for the movie i bought it may 2nd and its been over two weeks and
never recieved a code. Can my code/movie??
