I purchased the movies 'fences' last week but it is not showing up

I purchased fences last week, the movie, and it is not showing up on my statement nor did I get credited for it. I purchased it from the movie store via my xbox one. After checking my statement for the current month and the previous 3 months i does not
show up that I purchased it.

Retro Rewards Mission

I completed all the steps for the retro rewards mission last week. I purchased the movie "Dazed and Confused" for the 70s, the Atari Hits vol. 2 for the 80s, and the movie "Varsity Blues" for the 90s. It's been well over 96 hours, and nothing is showing
on my reward account.

Xbox One doesn't find movie rented in SD on phone

I downloaded a movie rental to my phone last week in anticipation of my flight last night. The flight was too short to finish the film, so I changed it to streaming so I could pick up where I left off on my Xbox One. It does not appear in my Collection on
the Xbox, even though I have several hours on the rental. I understand that it will only be in SD, but why isn't it showing up at all? The only thing showing up on the Xbox is an expired rental from a long time ago!

Last time I purchase anything from the Marketplace. When Itunes and Amazon both have the show before Xbox, you know who provides the better service. It it truly was a provider issue, all parties would be affected. Especially when this is week after week
with this show. I was a loyal customer, purchasing all kinds of movies and tv shows from the marketplace, but now I'm done and will just go to Amazon to purchase my content.

Only issue I have with xbox video is there no longer seems to be a section for renting.

You can seemingly only rent if the option appears on the movie or show you have selected.

Or of course if the last chance rentals tile shows up which is typical beginning and end week of the month.

I rent movies more often than purchase and I always choose xbox video over any third party.. But this is slightly frustrating and steering me away.

I read it went Past the final release cert stage (gold is it?) last week I think. Was on the fence now I'm pretty much sold. Just hope it lives up the dizzy heights of Dishonored?

I'm having the same problem. I bought a movie last week and I my green check still hasn't appeared. I've contacted support but they are so busy they haven't responded back. I purchased my movie through the Microsoft store. I don't know if this will be fixed this month. I only had one movie left and I'm afraid to purchase another movie and still not get the points.
