Thank you! They showed up yesterday and I got my 4,000 points, but I did not get my 1,000 bonus points. It shows up on the Retro Rewards page as earning 5,000, but I only have 4,000 on the My Rewards page. I really appreciate your help!

Actually I've spent $0. I earn about $25 in points per month just doing the offers and collecting the points in the rewards app and game pass app. Cashing out 46,000 points for games that are on sale to get an extra 4,000 points back is a win win.

My purchase history says I own the game, but I can’t download it from the store, and it doesn’t appear in my games list.

Any advice for someone who doesn’t have the punchcard in their Microsoft rewards app? I can’t find it to activate it
