    I purchased the game and it is not showing on Xbox Windows 10


    Hi all,

    I recently upgraded to Windows 10 to play Sea of Thieves, but I have been having such a hard time (First trying to actually pay for the game) trying to find it.

    I got charged by PayPal for the game but it does not show up on the Xbox Desktop App.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Game not downloading

    So I purchased a Xbox One game using the Xbox app on Windows 10. The purchase went through fine and when I look at my account via web browser it show the game there. But it is not showing up in my games list in the app and there is no indication that it
    is even downloading at all. I have one other Xbox one game install on this computer that I installed about 8 months ago. I think when I purchased that one it started downloading automatically and I could check status in the Windows store.

    Are there certain Xbox one games that can only be streamed through an actual console? If so that would be nice to know before purchasing. I thought that the "Xbox one app" on Windows 10 was the same as having an actual Xbox one console?

    Anyway I would really like to get this to work and any advice would be appreciated.

    Xbox Play Anywhere: How does it work?

    I bought the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 3 from Amazon and entered the code in the Windows APP store this morning but it's not showing up on any of my game lists (Win 10 or XB1) nor is it showing up on my purchased games list. While I understand that
    the game won't be playable until the 23rd I thought we were supposed to be able to start the pre-load today.

    I'm using windows 10. I tried everything you told me to and it still showing the error. This game was purchased on my Microsoft account and not my brother's. Also this is showing in my xbox games tab

    On my account, it shows on my account history that I have purchased it, yet when i try to play the game it says I need to buy the full game, This is Windows 10 Edition

    Are games that I've downloaded to my Xbox via my Xbox Game Pass subscription, but have not bought, supposed to be included in the "My Library" list in the Microsoft Store app on my PC?

    Hi, games that are included in the Xbox game pass do not show in your library on the Windows 10 Microsoft Store. the same goes for EA Access too. These games are part of a subscription and since you have not purchased these games, then they you do not own
    them, hence why they don't show in the digital library.
