I purchased the Eon Bundle but it did not work for me

Hi i just purchased eon bundle i put the code in and it wont work for me

First, we need to clear up how you acquired the Eon cosmetic items because the
Legendary Eon Cosmetic set is only included in the physical

Xbox One S 1TB Console – Fortnite Battle Royale Bundle. In
order to get the cosmetic items, you would need to have redeemed a 25 digit code onto your Microsoft Account and then load up Fortnite on your Xbox One console and the cosmetic items will be in your inventory.

Please explain with detail if you redeemed the code the came included with the console bundle and we can further explain how to see these items in game.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Did you just purchase controller only, or did you purchase the console and controller? As there is no promotion for purchase of a controller to get the Eon bundle.

Thank you for reaching out. In order to get the EON skin, you must purchase the Fortnite EON Bundle Xbox One S. If you have purchased said bundle but did not receive a code for the skin, we encourage you to contact a billing specialist by heading over to
our
Xbox Support site.

Currently, the only way to obtain the Eon skin is to purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Eon Bundle. It is not available as an individual purchase for current Xbox owners.
