    A month ago, I purchased the Xbox live 3-month membership subscription through the Xbox dashboard, with the sole purpose of receiving a free Minecraft download code, as the promotion stated. This promotion was on the Xbox's dashboard, right under the Destiny
    2 beta invite. It stated that if you purchase the Xbox live 3-month membership, you will receive a free Minecraft download code through the message center. Microsoft support assured me after I contact them a month ago, that I was going to receive the code
    by the end of July. I really hope you guys can help me.

    June Rocket League Promotion

    On Rocket league's website and twitter they have a promotion that states that you get a free rocket league game code with the purchase of a 3 month xbox gold membership from June 12th through June 30th. I purchased a 3 month xbox gold membership on June
    14th, and did not receive a code until yesterday, however the code was for minecraft and not for Rocket league. How do I go about switching the game codes?

    Did Not Receive 10$ For Purchasing 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold During The Promotion

    I purchased 3 months of xbox live gold through the dashboard during the promotion but never received the 10$ that came along with it. I am especially disappointed because that was the resin I got the three months. If Anyone could help me, that would be great.

    The appropriate teams were able to determine that you do not qualify for this promotion due. In order to qualify, you must sign up for 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox One dashboard ad. Using a pre-paid 3 Month Xbox Live code does not count as
    eligible for this specific promotion.

    Just to clarify, did you purchase a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership through the dashboard offer on your console? Or did you redeem a pre-paid code? In order for you to qualify for this offer you would have needed to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership
    through the promotion on your console. Redeeming a pre-paid code will not qualify for this promotion.

    What a PITA. I'm going through the same crap right now and the person said to check the forum here which is one of the first things I did. This is the second promotion that MS is trying to screw me on. Well they did screw me on the other one. I never did
    get my free 12 months of XBL for getting Office 365.

    The person in chat said they never heard of this 3 month promotion. What a crock. The only reason I purchased those three games was to get the free three months.
