And now I want to download it... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; From 1 year ago, I bought SeaOfThieves from steam.     I purchased SeaOfThieves from Steam from about 1 year ago. And now I want to download it...


    From 1 year ago, I bought SeaOfThieves from steam. And now, I want to "download" it from Microsoft store for free but I can't. Why?

    It must be free because I login in Microsoft store with the same account that I bought through it SeaOfThieves from Steam. And I am sure about that.

    Please help, I really want to download it for free from Microsoft store.

    BTW I dont have xbox but I have xbox account.

    I apologize but it is not possible to get Sea of Thieves for free through the Microsoft Store if you bought it on Steam. This is due to the fact that buying a game on one platform (Steam) does not get you access to it automatically on another platform (Microsoft Store). Moreover, the Microsoft Store does not automatically grant you access to PC games if you have an Xbox account. While certain Xbox games can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store or Xbox App and played on a PC, not all games are cross-platform, and a game's accessibility may be based on the platform it was purchased for.

    I agree. All I want to do is download my DLC, but I've been unable to do this for months. Now MS claim they want to make Windows and Xbox a unified platform? HA there is no way people will be moving from Steam with this level of support. I can still download
    games I bought 15 years ago on Steam.

    This is resolved, however many will not by happy with this.

    Basically, you need a new key. Yes, you need to buy a brand new key...

    For some reason, and I have proved that my key I used many years ago is mine.

    I have taken the update content and have loaded it on a new machine with the game.

    This account had achievements for that game from gfwl since the day i bought it...

    I want to argue that it was either the server that holds these keys that have possibly malfunctioned.

    Or possibly steam's key generator malfunctioned.

    Maybe, I am that stupid and really assigned my key to another account...

    So, if you bought a key many years ago from steam, and you cannot get in... Then...

    1. It's your own fault

    2. It was steam's fault

    3. It was the sever holding the key information

    Now if you excuse me, I'm going to play the game now..

    I have a 250GB hard drive in it. I purchased it from a local store about 1-2 months ago. I have demo games that I've downloaded that work fine.
